Charlene has been a dental hygienist for the last 28+ years. After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh, she found a job with the former Dr. Thomas Kissell and has been working at this office location since 1999, now continuing on to work for Dr. Learn when he took over the practice in 2011. Charlene has lived in the Latrobe area her whole life.
